This will vary depending on what size container you are having delivered. We can walk you thru the delivery process and space needed when container is purchased.
The site should be fairly level and firm and there should be a minimum of 8 ft. width and 20ft. or 40ft. length for the container. We can place your container on gravel, cement, pavement or the grass. We can come and look at your site if needed.
Usually we ask for a minimum of 5 days.
This varies from city to city. In most cases there is not a requirement for a permit, but if you are concerned we do suggest that you check with your city directly on what their rules and regulations are for having a portable storage container.
All steel construction with wood floor.
The containers are wind and watertight. They also have additional ventilation. Two vents are on each side of the container. There is welded steel construction and then gasket sealed doors, leaving no seam. The only way in or out is through the open door of the container.
